Two Students drown in Jhankarpali Power Channel in Sambalpur

ONI Bureau:  Two Class X students drowned while taking bath at the Jhankarpali power channel in Sambalpur on Friday morning.

The deceased were identified as Sumit Dash and Sameer Dalai, students of the Chipilima Sri Maa Aurobindo School.

As per report, three students went to the power channel to take bath while returning from tuition today morning.

Getting information, the Fire Department personnel reached the spot and managed to rescue one student alive. The bodies of two others were fished out later.
