Union Leaders demand ATM Centre in Rourkela Railway ColonyRourkela, Sep 18:  A delegation of South Eastern Railway Men’s Trinamul Congress called on Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Chakradharpur Division on Friday and demanded to set up an ATM centre at Railway Colony here.

The delegation led by General Secretary of South Eastern Railway Men’s Trinamul Congress and Coordinator of Chakradharpur Divison, Jahangir Haq. They submitted a memorandum to DRM Rajendra  Prasad.  They apprised DRM that around 800 railway quarters were there in the colony. And, around 2000 railways employees have been residing in the colony without access to ATM in the areas. They need to cross 7-8 railway lines to reach ATM centre.

DRM Rajendra Prasad assured the delegation to set up an ATM in the colony after hearing their demand. Deputy Divisional Coordinator A. K. Datta and Rourkela Branch member A. Prem Kumar and chief office bearer Piyush Pradhan were present in the delegation.
