Jaydev Unadkat gets highest paid Indian in IPL Auction

ONI Bureau:  Day 2 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) auction 2018 saw Indian fast bowler Jaydev Unadkat making big money as Rajasthan Royals has bought him for a whopping Rs 11.5 crore, surpassing the Rs 11 crore price tag of India opener K L Rahul and middle-order batsman Manish Pandey on the first day of auctions.

England’s all-rounder Ben Stokes has been sold to Rajasthan Royals for 12.50 crore while Afghanistan leg-spinner Rashid Khan fetched a whopping Rs 9 crore to Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Other notable buys included, Australian pace bowler Andrew Tye going for Rs 7.2 crore to Kings KI Punjab, while Afghanistan spinner Mujeeb Zadran fetched a hefty pay-check of Rs 4 crore from Kings XI Punjab.
