Rajkot Test: India end Day 1 at 364/4

ONI Bureau: Debutant Prithvi Shaw shattered many records at the age of 18 years and 129 days, as India posted 364/4 at stumps on Day 1 of Rajkot Test against the West Indies. Shaw became the youngest Indian to score a Test hundred on debut and 2nd youngest Indian to score Test hundred after Sachin Tendulkar.

Shaw scored 134, while Cheteshwar Pujara made 86. Virat Kohli (72*) and Ajinkya Rahane (41) were the other top contributors. With Kohli and Rishabh Pant at the crease and Ashwin, Jadeja to bat, India expect to score in excess of 500 in the first innings to put pressure on the West Indies.
