CBSE 10th result declared, Bhubaneswar records 92.15% pass rate

The CBSE authorities declared the Class X result on Saturday. While a region-wise pass percentage was released initially, Trivandrum region topped the list with 99.85%. It was followed by Chennai (99.62), Chandigarh (94.34), Guwahati (65.53).

Meantime, Bhubaneswar region recorded 92.15% pass percentage in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class X results.

As many as 73,000 students had appeared in the examination in the Bhubaneswar region that includes Odisha, Chhattisgarh and West Bengal. There were 17,294 board-based and 5,784 school-based students from Odisha.

The overall pass percentage in the country was 90.95% against last year’s 96.21%.

Trivandrum region topped the list with 99.85%. It was followed by Chennai (99.62%) and Chandigarh (94.34%).
