‘Ready to do Yoga with You, Narendra’: Netanyahu to Modi

ONI Bureau: While a new era began in Indo-Israel friendship today, as both countries signed 9 bilateral agreements in the fields of oil, gas, renewable energy and cyber cooperation.

PM Narendra Modi and his Israeli counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly discussed the possibility of recognizing Israel as a strategic partner and increase in trade and investment of India in Israel.

Both the countries also discussed advancement of security deals and regional security issues.

While thanking PM Modi for his “exceptional friendship and hospitality”, Netanyahu said he was “deeply moved” by the ceremony honour during his visit. He also called PM Modi a “revolutionary leader”.

“”My friend Narendra! If anytime you want to do a Yoga class with me,it is a big stretch but I will be there”, Netanyahu told Modi.
