Self-styled godman Rampal found guilty in 2 Murder cases

ONI Bureau:  Self-styled godman and head of Satlok Ashram, Rampal, was on Thursday found guilty by the sessions court in Hisar in two murder cases filed against him.

Reportedly, trains services from Rajasthan, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh and Haryana to Hisar has been stopped today, section 144 has been imposed across Hisar district Haryana and over 2,000 personnel have been deployed in Hisar to maintain law and order situation.

It is to be noted that Rampal was booked on charges of murder after four women and a child were found dead in Satlok Ashram in Barwala, Hisar on November 19, 2014.

Another case was registered against him and his followers after a woman was found dead in his ashram on November 2018.
