22nd Refining and Petrochemicals Technology Meet to be held in Odisha Capital

The 22nd Refining and Petrochemicals Technology Meet is being organised by the Centre for High Technology in association with Indian Oil Corporation will be held at Bhubaneswar from January 13 to 15.

The Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas and Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Dharmendra Pradhan will inaugurate the event. Govt. of India has adopted the Look East policy and under the scheme “Purvadaya”, new business opportunities are being explored for a prosperous East for a New India.

As the state of Odisha is considered as the gateway of the Eastern India so in line with this, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan wished to hold “22nd Refining & Petrochemicals Technology Meet (RPTM)” at Bhubaneswar this year.

Around 900 oil industry professionals from India and abroad are expected to participate in the 3 day Meet, out of which about 100 nos. are foreign delegates from 44 Global Companies. In the meet, leaders of the oil companies and domain experts will be sharing their thoughts on various important aspects of Hydrocarbon Sector.

As many as 12 exhibition stalls are also being put up by reputed vendors/consultants/service providers for showcasing their technology/products/services.
