Bhasha Andolan Day 33: Social Welfare Society “Prerana” joins March
The Bhasha Andolan in Odisha, has entered Day 34 today, but the government remains silent to the demand of ‘Governance of Odisha in Odia Language’. There has been no responded to the movement till date.
On the 33rd day of Bhasha Andolan yesterday, Dilip Srichandan, President of Prerana, who is planting trees to create awareness about conservation has joined the ‘silent black flag march’. President of Kanasa Vikas Parishad, Prbhakara Mangaraj, Jagannath Sanskruti Promoter, Poet Bijay Das, Dr. Indu Bhusana also join the ‘silent black flag march’.
They started the march from Odisha Assembly and concluded it at Madhu Babu’s statue near Governor’s House Square. Other members and supporters of Bhasha Andolan, including Subhas Chandra Pattanayak, Savapati Pradyumna Satpathy, Abahaka Pabitra Maharatha, Tusarkanta Satapathy, Sagar Satapathy , Madhumita Samal, Bijaya parida, Satyajit Nayak , Nabakishore Pradhan, Sumedha ch. dhal, Stalin Das , Pramod Kumar dev, Padnava das , Sudarshan Nayak , Swadesh Das , Raimohan Pattnaik, Sitaballava Mahapatra , Sarat Ch. Tripathy , Tapan Swain , Abaniswara Swain, Kamandar Samal took part in the silent black flag march.
