BJP to hold 12-hr Hartal across Odisha tomorrow over Kunduli Suicide

ONI Bureau:  The Odisha unit of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has decided to hold a 12-hour dawn-to-dusk hartal across the State on Wednesday from 6 AM to 6 PM,seeking justice for the Kunduli gang rape victim. BJP also demanded for CBI inquiry into the issue.

Earlier, BJP had declared for bandh in undivided Koraput district tomorrow but after the 12-hour Odisha bandh announcement by Congress, BJP decided to observe 12-hour hartal across the state to counter them.

Apart from the state capital of Bhubaneswar, party workers and BJP Mahila Morcha, women’s wing of the party, has decided to stage a state-wide protest over the death of the victim.
