Cheating charge against Air Odisha

Sources said a top executive of ITCL Ireland Ltd, Steven Nixon today lodged a complaint against Air Odisha.

Nixon claimed that Air Odisha Aviation Private Limited (AOAPL) had obtained aircrafts on contract from the company and Rs 2.5 crore is due on them. Irish firm executive met government  officials over unpaid dues.

Earlier, before five days Mitesh Khimji, director of Khimji Jewellers has registered a fraud case against Air Odisha for cheating a shareholder of Rs 1.5 crore. Similar charge has been lodged by a service provider later.
