CM Naveen Patnaik Distributes RoR to Land Owners under Odisha’s First Town Planning Scheme

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, on Thursday, distributed Rights of Record of Rights (RoR) to land owners. The RoR was distributed to land owners seven villages in the outskirts of Bhubaneswar under the state’s first town planning scheme.

“With the help of people, our goal is to make Odisha a role model through such programs in urban areas.”

The Bhubaneswar Development Authority has implemented a town planning scheme with the participation of the people.

“This is a completely transparent and realistic way for the planned development of the growing cities,” he said.
