Gurugram Raja Mahotsav concludes on a High Note

ONI Bureau: The two-day Raja Festival organised by Kalinga Bharati Foundation in Gurugram, ended on a high note with MP Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda gracing the occasion as the Chief Guest Sunday evening.

While addressing the gathering, Baijayant Panda said he was overwhelmed to see massive response from the people to celebration of Odia culture and tradition. “Overwhelmed to see thousands of Odias coming together from Delhi-NCR to promote the proud cultural legacy of #Odisha,” he said, urging people to keep the spirit alive.Over 4,000 people attended the event yesterday as it was a Sunday. Many people came from distant places in Delhi to be part of the festival. Jay Panda got a massive response from people present there, as they chanted slogans in his support and rushed to click selfie with him. A two-minute silence was observed in memory of Late Bansidhar Panda yesterday too.

Among others, eminent personalities including Sukhvir Kataria, Ajay Singhal, N Mishra, RN Nayak etc. attended the festival, which was also marked by a cultural extravaganza. Founder of Kalinga Bharati Foundation, thanked everyone for making the event a huge success.
