Maoists release audio tape opposing road construction in Malkangiri Dist

ONI Bureau: Maoists of Malkangiri-Visakhapatnam division released an audio tape opposing construction work of National Highway in Malkangiri Dist.

An audio tape featuring voice of Benu, the CPI (Maoists) secretary of Malkangiri-Visakhapatnam division has alleged that mafias will use the roads to loot natural resources from the area and road construction will leads to migration of tribals to neighbouring states to work as labourers.
