Monsoon Session of Odisha Legislative Assembly begins on Sep 7

The State Secretariat on Friday issued a notification that the Monsoon Session of Odisha Legislative Assembly will begin from September 7.

The proposal of the Parliament Affairs Department regarding Monsoon Session was approved by the Governor Dr. S.C. Jamir.

Reportedly, the session will have 10 working days.

According to sources, the opposition party would raise the issues including Kandhamal killings, Mahanadi water dispute, attack on Union Minister Santosh Gangwar in Bargarh and other issues.
