Narayan leaves Lotus Pond, to hold Conch

Insight Bureau:  Bargarh BJP district unit president Narayan Sahu, resigned from the party on Monday expressing his displeasure over party affairs in the district.

Sahu said to media persons that he had worked hard for ten years to get Bijepur ticket but after former Bijepur MLA and BJD leader Ashok Panigrahi joined BJP, dissatisfaction over this he quit the party and decided to join BJD.

He rached Naveen Niwas to meet BJD Suremo Naveen Patnaik today and will BJD on December 3.

Earlier, on October 3, he had offered his resignation after former Bijepur MLA Panigrahi joined BJP but senior BJP leaders managed to convince him.
