National Tribal Dance Festival begins in Bhubaneswar today

The National Tribal Dance Festival began at the Utkal Mandap in Bhubaneswar today.

The SC and ST Research and Training Institute (SCSTRTI) in collaboration with Academy of The Tribal Language & Culture (ATCL) and Tata Steel, Bhubaneswar is organizing the National Tribal Dance Festival, 2016 during 15th to 17th December from 6.30PM to 8.30PM.

Apart from the host state, Odisha, tribals from Jharkhand, Assam and Chhattisgarh will participate in the Festival and will present their unique dance forms.

A total number of 22 dances will be presented during three days of the festival which will showcase the unique culture and lifestyle of indigenous tribes.
