Odia Film Producer Kusha Patnaik dies in road mishap

Odia film producer Kusha Ranjan Patnaik passed away in a road accident while crossing the road near Ram Mandir square on Thursday. He was 57.

A speeding vehicle hit him near Ram Mandir square. He suffered a cardiac arrest after the accident.

Following the incident, he was immediately admitted to a private hospital where doctors declared him dead.

His demise brought a pal of sorrow among the Cine artists and other film fraternity.

Kusha Ranjan Patnaik was the chairman of Odia Film Producers’ Association and had produced movies like ‘Kehi Jane Bhala Lagere’, ‘Chocolate’, ‘Kandhei Akhire Luha’.
