Odia senior citizens on pilgrimage meets with accident in Vellore

ONI Bureau:  As many as 30 senior citizens from Odisha who were on a pilgrimage met with an accident in Vellore of Tamil Nadu on Sunday.

The accident occurred when a truck hit the stationary pilgrim-laden bus from behind at a traffic square. However no casualty reported and all are safe, informed by the Tourism Minister Ashok Panda.

All the senior citizens are from Rayagada district on a pilgrimage under the Odisha government’s Baristha Nagarika Tirtha Yatra Yojana.
