Odisha CM inaugurates 300-bed Dist Headquarter Hospital in Malkangiri

ONI Bureau:  After inaugurating the much awaited Gurupriya Bridge in Malkangiri district today, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik returned to the district headquarters and unveiled a 300-bed new building of District Headquarters Hospital in Malkangiri.

The seven storeyed building that was inaugurated today is the first of its kind Hospital in undivided Koraput.

Addressing a meeting, Patnaik announced Rs 100 crore special package for the cut-off areas.

The Special Package is aimed at expediting development agenda including Fishery, Road Connectivity, Electrification, Drinking Water Supply, Healthcare Facility and Bridges in the ‘Swabhiman Areas’ as well as in the entire Malkangiri district.
