Odisha Govt asked all Districts to send Monsoon Preparedness Report

All districts administrations asked to submit updated preparedness report on mansoon soon.

Special Relief Commissioner Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra said that the concerned department issues notification regarding the  preparedness of stocking essential commodities for the coming monsoon in all 30 districts of the state and all the district administrations will submit the final report soon.

All fire stations of the State will be on alert 24×7 with their equipment during monsoon to face any incident, Chief Fire Officer Sukant Kumar Sethi said.

Pre-monsoon rains have already started in Bhubaneswar and other parts of  Odisha and this time, monsoon will come to Odisha a few days after it hits Kerala.
