Retired IPS Officer Binay Behera passes away at 60

Insight Bureau: Retired IPS Officer, first Commissioner of Twin City Bhubaneswar and Cuttack & former DG, Fire Services and Home Guard, Binay Behera passed away tonight of serious ailments.

Binay Behera, who had retired on October 31, 2017, was suffering from multiple ailments, including cardiac problems and pneumonia. He was put on ventilator support at Aditya Care Hospital.

Behera breathed his last at 10:35 PM. Condolence messages continue to pour in once the news of sudden demise of the 1982 batch IPS officer became known.
