Zilla Parishad Chairman Elections in Odisha to be held tomorrow

The election for the post of Zilla Parishad Chairman will be held on Sunday across the State, informed by the State Election Commission (SEC) Secretary Rabindranath Sahoo.

Nomination for the election will be filed in between 10.30 am to 11.30 am tomorrow. Any candidate can withdraw his candidature within 1 pm by giving a notice. The ZP election will be held between 1 pm to 4 pm.

Reportedly, the Orissa High Court on Friday issued a stay order for the election of Zilla Parishad Chairman in Maoist infested Malkangiri district and Nuapada district till further order.
