Heavy rain likely in coastal Odisha by tomorrow

ONI Bureau:  The Meteorological centre has predicted heavy rain and thundershowers in most places in Odisha in the next 24 hours.

Under the influence of cyclonic circulation over west-central Bay of Bengal, coastal parts of Odisha to experiece rainfall from October 28.

The cyclonic circulation that formed over the North western Bay of Bengal is likely to turn into a low pressure on October 29. This may trigger rains in most part of northern and coastal Odisha on October 29 and 30.

Disticts like Ganjam, Puri, Jagastsinghpur, Cuttack, Kendrapada, Jajpur, Bhadrak and Balasore would experience moderate to heavy rainfall during the period, informed Bhubaneswar Regional Meteorological Centre Director, HR Biswas.

The fishermen are advised not to venture into Sea for next three days.
