Dharmendra Pradhan condemns political violence in Odisha, slams BJD Govt

Union P&NG Minister Dharmendra Pradhan lashed out at the ruling BJD Government in Odisha, saying it has to be blamed for the recent spike in political violence in the state.

Pradhan condemned the murder of BJP worker Salman Rout in Tarabha and burning of BJP’s Election Office in Jajpur as well as similar incidents in the last few days.

“There had been no such political violence in the state which we witness today. The ruling party is nervous about BJP’s rise and has become intolerant. They are resorting to violence, which is a threat to democracy. But, BJP will give a fitting reply politically”, he tweeted.
