Govt. Posts Officers On Special Duty In Wake Of Coronavirus

With the confirmation of first coronavirus positive in the capital, the government has plunged into action to take safety measures without sparing anytime. 
 
The state government has deployed four IAS officers as Officers on Special Duty in the Health and Family Welfare Department. 
 
People have started panicking and for those with the chances of having come in contact with the patient on the day of travel might spread it to others increasing. 
 
Hence, the General Administration Department has released a notification as per which the four IAS officers will serve as Officers on Special Duty in addition to their duties. 
 
 The Officers on Special Duty are
Somesh Upadhyay, CGM OMFED;
P Anvesha Reddy, ED, OMC;
Patil Ashish Ishwar, ED, GRIDCO; and
Divakara TS, OSD OCAC.
